This day long event includes 150 Sullivan County youth in junior and senior year of high school. They become acquainted with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Blueprint for Life speech and then engage with each other and speakers to begin thinking about and crafting their individual blueprints.

In 2025, the event is being held on the SUNY Sullivan campus. Dr. Hope Blecher serves on the event planning committee under the auspices of the host organization, Sullivan 180.

This is Hope’s third year as a facilitator and first as one of the sponsors. It’s a beautiful blending of education and community service.
